  1. i get maybe 6 or 7 hours of sleep a night.im tired most of the day,i think about 8 or 9 hours of sleep would be good for me

  2. 1.) it depends on the night. when good night usually around 4-5 hrs. but normally 2-3 hrs.. and thats if i go to sleep that night.

    2.) yes i usually am tired from lack of sleep.

    3.) i think an adult needs bout 7-8 hrs of sleep at night.

  3. 1.) I usually go to bed at 2 or 3 in the morning and get up at 7, so I get between 4 & 5 hours of sleep a night.

    2.) No I'm not, in fact I usually have more energy than most of my friends who sleep on a normal schedule.

    3.) Personally I think I get enough sleep as it is. Though people who can't healthfully function with such little sleep like me probably need at least 3-4 more hours of sleep per night.

  4. 1. I get to sleep maybe 6 hours on a school night, and 9-10 hours on the weekend. 2. I'm always tired don't matter if I sleep or not. 3. The article said 8 hours but I'd like more.

  5. 1. i probably get aleast 6 to 7 hours of sleep each night depending when i go to bed .

    2. if im doing stuff and keeping busy im really not that tired until i sit down and try to relax .

    3. you at least need 8 to 10 hours of sleep each night .

  7. 1. Each night I only get 4-5 hours of sleep and 6 if Im lucky.

    2. No Im not tired my body doesnt allow me to sleep longer than this so to me this is a full nights rest.

    3. From the time I lay down to sleep and wake up with no other factors coming into the picture besides just opening my eyes is what I believe to be enough sleep.
